Refund policy
At Spa Watches, we stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to our support team and we will work with you to put it right.
1. Return Window
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
Email our support team at support@usespawatches.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will reply with return authorization and simple return instructions.

- We confirm your return and provide the return address and instructions;
- You ship the item back following the instructions provided;
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is processed.
3. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost and return shipping may not be refundable.
4. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Delivery times can vary due to carrier or customs handling. If your order is delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact support@usespawatches.com and we will help track, replace, or refund your order in line with this policy.
5. Your Payment Rights
Contacting us first usually gets your issue resolved the fastest, but it is never a requirement. You keep all rights under your cardholder agreement and applicable law, including the right to contact your bank or card issuer about a transaction at any time.
