Shipping policy
Spa Watches fulfills orders through its sourcing and logistics operations. Depending on availability and fulfillment routing, orders may ship from the United States or from international fulfillment partners.
Processing & Transit
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–25 business days depending on destination, carrier, and customs routing. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order leaves the warehouse. Some international shipments may show limited tracking updates during the early stages of transit.
Customs & Delivery Issues
International orders may occasionally be impacted by customs clearance, inspections, carrier delays, or incorrect address information. These factors are beyond our direct control, but we are here to help.
If your order is delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact support@usespawatches.com and our team will help you track the shipment, arrange a replacement, or process a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Your Payment Rights
Reaching out to us first is usually the fastest way to resolve a shipping issue, but it is never a requirement. You keep all rights under your cardholder agreement and applicable law, including the right to contact your bank or card issuer at any time.
